SHIPPING AND HANDLING

Textiles of the World ship from Melbourne Victoria, through Australia Post using registered mail or airmail (internationally) unless otherwise requested.
Postal Insurance of $7.50 is available through Australia Post which will provide a tracking number. Shipping within Australia usually takes 5-10 working days, internationally 7-21 working days.
If an item is returned marked ‘unclaimed’ the cost of sending it again will be the responsibility of the customer.
Textiles of the World accepts no responsibility for lost or damaged goods while in transit, all claims would be referred to Australia Post.
